Pre-K (age 4) through 6th grade
On Wednesday nights during the school year, we offer SCC Kids Club as a midweek club program for kids. We have large and small group times, with Bible-based lessons, games, and fun.
Some of our special events include: Pizza Night, Crazy Hat/Sock Night, Pinecar Derby, Ice Cream Sundae Night, and PJ Movie Night.
We also have a year-long mission project for which kids contribute money (with a little healthy competition between classes!) that goes toward a designated goal. This year we’ll be raising money for Jacob’s Well (transitional housing and services for homeless families in Shoreline). In 2018-19, we raised over $1000 for the World Concern “gift guide”–to purchase a cow, ducks, chickens, goats, and more to be gifted to families across the globe. Previous projects have included raising enough funds to build a well in India (through World Vision) and to help with the construction of a new Vision House facility providing transitional housing for families facing homelessness in Shoreline.
All kids are welcome, whether or not they or their families attend SCC. Invite your friends and join us this fall!
