New series for Adult Sunday School…
Join us for adult Sunday School as we use Nijay Gupta’s book
Tell Her Story to explore the role of women in their many contributions to the planting, growth, and health of the first Christian churches. This will be team taught, so we will hear from a variety of voices!
Sunday School classes available for kids (K-5th), tweens (5th-8th), and teens (9th-12th).
Confirmation classes offered for youth in 7th-8th grades.
Sunday mornings at SCC are relaxed and inviting (it’s okay if you’re late!). Coffee and juice are available each Sunday.
Worship starts at 10:00 am and is casual, with a blend of worship music styles. A typical service runs about an hour and includes music, prayer and a scripture-filled message from our pastors. Junior Church (K-5th grade) dismisses about halfway through the service, and parents can pick up their children from the playroom after worship. We’d love to get to know you, so stick around and visit the Connect table in the foyer!
Nursery Care (infants – preschool) is available throughout the service for infants through age 5. There are also family tables set up at the of the sanctuary for those needing some wiggle room or a place to doodle. You are also welcome to make use of the space in the foyer, where the service is live-streamed. If you need a quiet place to nurse or settle your baby, visit our Nursing/Quiet Room.
Just inside the sanctuary doors, we have large-print song sheets available. We also project song lyrics on two large screens at the front of the sanctuary. If we can assist you with any specific accommodations, please let any of our ushers know! We are very open to feedback as to how to make our church more accessible.
